Viber, the Israeli firm has got 40 + million users from India, making India the largest Viber using country in the world.
Viber is an Instant Messaging and Voice calling over Internet app, The service was launched in 2010 by Talmon, Igor, Sani and Ofer. In December, 2013 registered users form India were around 13 million and since then it is a big hike in their users by 27 million in just 1 and a half year, making India as an important market for Viber.
As per current statistics Viber has 513 million users around the World. Anubhav Nayyar, head of Viber India stated that, growth of their service is proof of their innovative ideas and good service that has led the firm to grow so much in a specific country.
