TCS has been sued by an American named " Steven Heldt " who has blamed Tata Consultancy Services Ltd for hiring more South Asians than Americans.

A shocking news came today about the big Software giant TCS, who is growing day by day with a lot of demand in the software world, When an American hold TCS responsible for discriminating Americans with Asians in the company, in terms of Job Offers, Promotions, Salary etc.
It's true that a lot of people from Asian parts are working in TCS but a complaint made it a news, Gathering lot of attention towards the topic on Social Media .
Steven Heldt claimed that 95 % of the total 14,000 employees working for TCS in US are mainly from India and his experience while working in the company was anti-american and stated that the Human Resources manager has reportedly called Americans as " Selfish and Demanding " . Mr Heldt was fired by the company in March 2014 and after 1 year he has accused TCS of something new to hear .
The petition has been filed in San Francisco's court and proceedings are yet to be done, An Official Authority from Tata Consultancy Services claimed that the case is baseless and will be rejected once heard in the court .
Heldt's lawyer Daniel Kotches in an Interview over the phone said that Mr Heldts experience reveals the Truth of TATA in US . Well this case might be filed against TCS due to jealousy but it is somewhat true that most of the Indians are working TCS USA but in India a lot of IT programmers are emerging and TCS is among the mass recruiters which is another factor .
