Beware !! of RBI's Balance Checking Software Application

RBI ( Reserve Bank of India ) has made a public statement announcing that it is not involved in developing any app which checks the balance of the Bank Accounts of Users across India.

This might be a spam as according to officials which might trick people to get their Username and passwords of Bank accounts which might lead to money transactions, Emptying the bank account and running away with all the money . This public notice is useful and people are requested to ignore any such app they see in the App store or any other place from where they install application on Android, blackberry, iPhone, iPad, etc so that there accounts can be safe.


As according to sources a link of Bank Account Checking application is on spam process on What's app as most of the public in India is using WhatsApp it is the best source for spamming, If anyone got tricked he will pose his account in hand of scammers who might take out all the Rupees leaving only a Zero in their account .

What Steps Can you Take 

1. Make sure you don't have any of such apps installed
2. Check your balance account if you are in a doubt 
3. If there is any bank deductions not known to you kindly note down the transaction ID sent by the Bank as this is now days common for Transactions, the Unique ID will help you track down the location of transaction, Details of computer, IP address and various other vital information needed by the police
4. If you think you are one of the victim then kindly contact Bank and if necessary take help of the Law.
