A very sad and depressed moment for all bollywood fans was formed on May 6, 2015 in the afternoon when Salman Khan got convicted in 2002 Hit-and-Run case.
Last hearing of the court took place on April 21, 2015 when it announced that it will give its final decision on May 6, Today court said all charges on Salman are proved.
There were many witnesses statements that were recorded by the police but went missing in July 2014 after which court ordered inquiry. Salman's driver Ashok Singh as a defense witness has stated that at the time of incident he was driving the car and not Mr.Khan.
Salman Khan is accused of 8 charges all of which are now proved in the sessions court, He is accused of killing one men, Injuring Four others, Driving Vehicle while Drunk which had lead the case to a different turn which finally turned out to be a 5 year Jail for the famous Bollywood actor.
Notable celebrities like Hema Malini has stated it to be a said moment for Bollywood, a Hot debate is now going on in the Media where supporting and non-supporting people will be taking part. Some are saying " As a celebrity a special relief cannot be given by law but Court should see that Footpaths are for Vehicles and Dogs but not for people to sleep".
A 48 hours Bail has been sanctioned by the High Court, giving Khan some time before going to Jail.
