Srinagar: Common peoples anger evolved against the J&K government on 18th April as a teen was killed in Kashmir's Budgam district after the conflict took place between police and protesters. Police open fired on the protesters at Magam during a strike called by the hardline Hurriyat faction and the outcome was the death of an innocent.

The teen killed was Suhail Ahmed, who was in 10th std. There were protesters in large number coming up against the government after this news got spread throughout the city. Kashmir was shut down today .
It is the only such case after BJP came into power. BJP before coming into power promised to end the impunity of military forces implicated in civilian killings.

Looking at scenario, two cops were arrested to calm down the anger of people. The security forces have clearly violated operating procedures for which magisterial inquiry was ordered. Security personnel in defense said," It was necessary to open fire at them to stop them from throwing stones". However, local people denied this charge.

A police representative in the evening said" Investigation is under the process and station house officer, Inspector Khursheed has been found guilty for the lack of supervision". 
Deccan Herald youngsters were protesting against Masarat's detention when the police forces fired at them at Narbal Ghat.

Police told to the media person that three persons were injured with the teen Suhail who got critical injuries. He was immediately taken to the nearest hospital but died before reaching. Deputy Commisioner Mir Altaf Ahmed said, "The additional deputy commissioner has been given duty to find out about the details of the death of the boy within 15 days". Separatists Leaders like Mirwaiz Umar Farooq was kept under house arrest on Saturday which was done to ensure law and order.
