Mary Kom Movie starring Priyanka Chopra , directed by Omung Kumar, produced by Bhansali Productions has won the Best Film Award at the Stockholm International Film Festival Junior.
The Judges at the event were Kids ranging from 9 to 17 years of age who gave their valuable voting to Marky Kom movie making it the winner of Best Film Award and being honored by Bronze Horse Award.
Mary Kom film is based upon the life of the real boxer with the same name as that of the movie, She comes through a lot of difficulties in making Boxing as her life, Her father burns his boxing gloves, She undertakes fight with a Local wrestler where she turns out to be victorious.
Omung Kumar, Director of the film was present at the festival, got questioned by a bunch of Kids regarding the film.
Kumar Said that this award is a very big achievement for the Bollywood Industry, as now doing business in Sweden will be easier as they have won the award showing their real talent of Indian Actors and Work they've produced into a single movie.
This whole award winning process will now make work easier for other Bollywood movies too, as Swedish people have started to like Indian Cinema and now it's chance for other Directors to showcase their talent.
